1.The ACEM conference was held on November 23. The following motions were passed: a) The 2026 ACEM General Budget; b) The 2026 ACEM Missions Budget; c) The General Fund contribution rate for 2026 will remain at 6.95%; d) To approve the transfer of a maximum of $200,000 General Fund to the Mission Fund as the cash flow buffer when needed, effective immediately to June 21, 2026, inclusive;
1. ACEM Ordination:
On November 22, 2025, the Association of Chinese Evangelical Ministries (ACEM) and Richmond Hill Christian Community Church ordained Pastor Alex Chan, Pastor Hong Jin, and Pastor Joey Ling. We pray for God's blessings on them and their families as they begin this important journey in their ministry.
1.The 2025 ACEM Conference will be held as follows. All ACEM church representatives are kindly requested to attend punctually.

1. “Lift Up My Eyes to the Hills” — the ACEM Family Thanksgiving Photo Gallery has been published. Brothers and sisters are welcome to pick up a copy at any ACEM church.
1. Grace Liu (COCM Missionary, English)
•Pray for the Canada Seminary Calgary team: May the Lord grant them faithfulness in serving Him, mutual love, and unity of heart and mind in the Lord.
•Pray for our classmates and the student community: May the Lord richly provide for all their needs so that they may be free from anxiety and find peace and steadiness of heart.
1. Missionaries Scoot and Kyoko (Japan) •Discovery Bible Study (DBS): Held at church every Tuesday and at home every Friday. Pray that the Holy Spirit will guide the students to understand and apply God’s Word. •TEAM Japan Annual Meeting: Held at Karuizawa Union Church at the end of July. Many new missionaries and coworkers gathered for worship, fellowship, and prayer, and the TEAM International Director shared an encouraging message.
