1. The ACEM Conference was held on June 21 with the following motions passed: 
a) ACEM Audited Statements for 2025;
b) Appointment of Stephen P.F. Chui Professional Corp. to audit the 2026 books;
c) Appointment of Fred Ngai as additional council members from June 21, 2026, to June 20, 2027;
d) The transfer of a maximum of $200,000 General Fund to the Mission Fund as the cash flow buffer when needed, effective immediately to November 22, 2026, inclusive;
e) ACEM Council Member 2026, effective immediately to December 31, 2026. New appointment: RHCCC – Rev. Ho-Ming Tsui; NRCCC – Ping Liang.
f) The 2027-2028 ACEM Council Members.
