by June 14th. No late applications will be considered. Applicants must be baptized, actively attending the weekly worship service at an ACEM church
and have been an ACEM church member for a minimum of 2 years. Only one non-ACEM church member’s applicant will be approved. Application forms can be downloaded on the ACEM’s website www.acem.ca.
